Into The Lost Crystal Caves

Discovered 10 years ago during mining operations, this lost crystal cave is being documented by a team from National Geographic.  These massive caverns, near the town of Delicias, Mexico, are almost 1000 feet below the surface.  The crystals can be as large as 36 feet and weigh up to 55 tons.  The team documenting these caves had to deal with scorching temperatures, up to 136 degrees, and intense humidity.

Watch the video and learn more about these beautiful caves.
